The offer and sale of products through the website www.tendeevolution.it are governed by these General Conditions of Sale .
Products purchased on the tendeevolution.it website are sold directly by Tendeevolution .

In compliance with national and international regulations on e-commerce, Tendeevolution allows the online purchase, even internationally, of furnishing and sun protection items.
2. Premises
The Customer declares and guarantees:

to have read and accepted, before purchasing, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Shipping and Returns Policy and these General Conditions of Sale.
3. Applicable legislation
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law, in particular:

from Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code);

from Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 (Electronic Commerce).
Tendeevolution reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time.
The changes will be effective from the date of publication on the site and will apply to orders completed subsequently.
These Conditions do not regulate the sale of products or services offered by third parties that may be present on the site via links or banners.
4. Orders
The conditions of sale are considered accepted by the Customer at the time of electronically sending the order.
Failure to enter the necessary data, or incorrect entry, will make it impossible to execute the contract.
The order, if correctly completed and accepted, is archived in the Tendeevolution systems for the time necessary to process it and within the legal deadlines.
For orders containing multiple products, delivery times may vary. The Customer accepts any partial deliveries without the right to any compensation or reimbursement.
If the ordered product is unavailable, the Customer will be promptly informed and will be able to choose between alternative products or a refund of the amount paid.
Tendeevolution will send the Customer a summary email containing the order details, prices, payment method and shipping costs.
5. Prices
All prices are expressed in Euros, VAT included , packaging included, shipping costs excluded , unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping costs are indicated before the final confirmation of the order.
Tendeevolution reserves the right to change prices at any time; for confirmed orders, the prices in effect at the time of purchase remain valid.
6. Payments
Orders are considered valid only after payment has been completed.

The reason for payment must include the order number and name of the person making the payment.
Shipping will only take place after confirmation of payment.
After 10 days without receiving the bank transfer, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Payment data is handled through secure circuits and is not stored in any way by Tendeevolution.
7. Deliveries and shipments – Italy
Upon delivery, the Customer is required to check:

that the number of packages corresponds to that indicated in the transport document;

that the packaging is intact and undamaged.
Any anomalies must be reported immediately to the courier, with a written reservation .
Any internal damage must be reported promptly to Customer Service.
Delivery times: approximately 48/72 working hours from shipment.
The times are to be considered indicative and not binding.
Delivery is understood to be made at street level , at the address indicated by the Customer.
8. Complaints and Returns
Tendeevolution carefully manages any issues relating to defective or non-compliant products.
Complaints must be sent promptly by email to info@tendeevolution.it , attaching a detailed description of the problem and the purchase documentation.
9. How to use it
Tendeevolution declines all responsibility for improper or non-compliant use of the products.
It cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from incorrect use or use not in accordance with the instructions provided.
10. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to the Consumer Code, the Consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide a reason.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products:

custom made;
-
customized upon customer request.
In the event of defects or non-conformities, the withdrawal will be handled directly by Tendeevolution.
11. Method of withdrawal
The Customer must send written notice within 14 days to:

the will to withdraw;

the order number and the purchase document;
-
the products you intend to return.
12. Return of goods
Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except for defects or errors attributable to Tendeevolution.
Products must be returned:

intact and unused;
-
complete with all parts;
-
in the original packaging;
-
free from signs of wear.
Failure to comply with the above conditions may result in the return being refused or the refund amount being reduced.
13. Refund
The refund will be made within 14 days of the withdrawal notification.
Tendeevolution may withhold the refund until receipt of the goods or proof of shipment.
14. Privacy
Personal data is processed in compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 and EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) , as indicated in the Privacy Policy available on the site.
15. Copyright
Brands, logos, text, images, and graphics on this site are protected by copyright.
Reproduction in whole or in part without permission is prohibited.
16. Competent court
For any dispute, the competent court is that of the place of residence or domicile of the Consumer, if located in Italian territory.
